Communications Authority Announces Attachment Opportunities – How to Apply

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) on Wednesday, December 4, advertised attachment opportunities for qualified candidates to apply. 

In a statement, the Authority called on qualified Kenyans to apply for the opportunities.

“The Authority invites applications from ongoing students for a three-month (3) attachment opportunity between January 2025 and March 2025 in the following departments,” the statement read in part.

Requirements for CA attachment

Applicants who wish to apply for the attachment slots advertised must have the following requirements:

      1. Must be ongoing students in a recognized university

      2. Areas of study should align with the department applied for

   3. Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest gaining practical experience in a dynamic regulatory                      environment in their application

      4. Availability Requirement: Applicants must be available for engagement from January 2025 to March 2025.

They should also attach a one-page CV, a cover letter specifying the department of interest, and a letter from the institution confirming current enrollment and support for the attachment.

Candidates should submit their applications by December 16, 2024, at 5.00 p.m.

Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals within their field and enhance their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is the regulatory authority for the communications sector in Kenya.

The Communications Authority is responsible for facilitating the development of the information and communications sectors including; broadcasting, cybersecurity, multimedia, telecommunications, electronic commerce, postal and courier services.
