Trans Nzoia county has announced 160 job vacancies. In an advert on Thursday, May 30, the county announced that all interested and qualified persons will be required to make their applications online through the county public service board’s website.
The board is seeking to fill up to 70 registered nurse III positions and 19 assistant ECDE teacher III.
“The Trans Nzoia County public service board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions in the county Public Service Board’s website,” read part of the advert.

Furthermore, 10 vacancies were advertised for the position of an economist II/statistician II and 8 positions of nursing officer.
Additionally, the board has 7 openings for office administrative assistant II, 5 positions of assistant public officer III, laboratory technologist III, 4 positions of media social work III and 3 positions of an assistant ECDE teacher II.
The board also seeks to recruit 2 assistant physiotherapist III and one position for an assistant ECDE teacher I, Municipal manager, county solicitor /Deputy chief legal officer and assistant occupational therapist III.

Likewise, the board also seeks to recruit a pharmaceutical technologist III and county director of health services and sanitation.

Applicants interested in the above positions are required to submit their applications online through the county public service board’s website.
The applications will be closed on 21st June 2024 by 5:00pm.
In addition, qualified candidates are asked to provide correct details of their academic and professional certificates.
All qualified candidates will be required to provide the following documents: Clearance from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Criminal investigations department (CID), Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC)and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
At the same time, applicants should provide all the details requested for in the Advertisement. It is an offence to include incorrect information in the application.
