Albert Nguma is a Kenyan who was shortlisted for the position of member of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
He appeared before the IEBC Selection Panel chaired by Dr. Nelson Makanda on March 28, 2025.
Albert Nguma Academic Qualifications
Albert holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer-Based Information Systems from the University of Sunderland, where he graduated in 2011.
He graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Education Science Degree from Kenyatta University (1993).
Work Experience
Nguma has been working as the County Election Manager, Nairobi City County at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) since 2022.
Prior, he worked as the IEBC Manager, Electoral Operations from 2020 to 2021. Albert has also worked as the County Election Manager for Kitui County from 2017 to 2020.
He has also worked as Regional Election Coordinator from 2014 to 2017 and as the Constituency Elections Coordinator from 2010 to 2014.
