Timothy Bosire is a seasoned Kenyan politician known for his role in the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), where he serves as Treasurer.
He was born in 1960 in Nyamwanga Village, Nyamira County, and is currently 65 years old as of 2025.
He belongs to the Kisii ethnic community and has been active in leadership and governance since 1985.

Political Career of Timothy Bosire
He gained national recognition after defeating MP Walter Nyambati in the 2013 general elections to become the Member of Parliament for Kitutu Masaba Constituency.

In the August 2022 general elections, he vied for the gubernatorial seat in Nyamira county but lost to Amos Nyaribo.

In a gazette notice dated January 17, 2025, President William Ruto appointed Timothy Bosire to lead the board of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
