As Deputy Executive Director, WAN-IFRA Women in News, Jane oversees all global operations across Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Arab regions. She oversees all activities and programmes for the Director Africa Region and serves as the organization’s sexual harassment expert.
She is a journalist, editor, trainer, and a former Deputy Managing Editor for The Standard Group in Kenya. She previously served as the Capacity Building Manager for WAN-IFRA WIN Africa, as well as Project Manager for East and Central Africa and Coach for Kenya.
