Angaza Kenya Ltd has officially announced the start of its members’ voluntary liquidation process through a public notice dated December 10, 2025.
The announcement follows a voluntary resolution passed by members during an Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 24, 2025.
“Notice is hereby given that the following Special Resolution was passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of ANGAZA KENYA LTD, held on the 24th of November 2025,” read part of the public notice.
According to the notice, the meeting approved the closure of the company and the appointment of Mr Mohamed A. Mohamed of Maawy Financial Advisory Services as the liquidator to oversee the process.
“That the company be wound up as a Members Voluntary Liquidation and that Mr Mohamed A. Mohamed of P.O. Box 59209–00200, Nairobi, be and is hereby appointed as liquidator for the purposes of Winding Up,” it stated.
Angaza Kenya Creditors Required to Submit Claims
The notice instructs all creditors to submit full details of any claims they may have against the company on or before January 10, 2026.
Additionally, creditors may be required to appear in person or through their legal representatives to prove their debts if requested by the liquidator.

Failure to provide the required information or respond to the liquidator’s notice may result in exclusion from any distribution made during the winding-up process.
Angaza Kenya, in its notice, informed that the liquidator acts as an agent of the company without personal liability.
