Top Nigerian musician Sadiq Onifade, known to many as WurlD has once again given his worldwide fans more reasons to listen to his jams and love him even more.
The Kenya Times has learnt WurlD who is a force to reckon with in the industry recently dropped his latest tune dubbed Press.
WurlD not only flaunted his vocals prowess but also exhibited a high level of lyricism which gave him an edge over his competitors.
Press, which debuted on November 7, received a warm reception from fans across the globe who admitted indeed WurlD outdid himself on the new project.
In less than two weeks, Press, in which he sings about his romance and affection towards a beautiful lass has garnered over 250k views and YouTube and the numbers keep on soaring by the day.
The Kenya Times understands the Nigerian crooner is not new in the game as he has been around for years with a number of singles and albums under his belt.
In 2012, WurlD made a gallant entry into the game with the release of his first single ‘Beyond Our Dreams’.
The jam went on to be made the lead single off his debut EP, ‘Evolution’ which was later released in 2013.
The artist is also a revered songwriter with years of experience as the same.
It should be noted that WurlD began his songwriting career way before he released his first single by writing songs for artists such as BOB, Trinidad James, Akon, Mario, and many more.
In 2016, WurlD collaborated with Shizzi and Walshy Fire of Major Lazer to drop the popular Afro-pop hit song dubbed ‘Show You Off’.
This publication understands immense support and coverage on popular platforms such as Vice, OkayAfrica, E! Online, and MTVBase just but to mention a few quickly opened doors for WurlD and catapulted him to mainstream media.

In March, WurlD released “Love Is Contagious” EP, which features singles like “Show You Off”, “Paranoid” and “Contagious”.
He co-wrote the hit song ‘Blow My Mind’ by Davido featuring Chris Brown, and also released the critically acclaimed collaborative project ‘ILGWT’ (I Love Girls with Trobul) with award-winning Nigerian producer Sarz.
