Football fans in Kenya can now start securing their seats for the highly anticipated TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024, after tickets officially went on sale online.
This announcement ends weeks of anxious waiting, especially with the tournament — co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania — set to kick off on August 2, 2025.
The ticketing rollout follows the awarding of the official CHAN ticketing tender to Mookh, an online ticketing platform, on Monday, July 21.
Mookh will handle all ticket sales in Kenya, which officially begin on Wednesday, July 23.
Kenyan supporters can log on to chan.mookh.com to purchase tickets for any of the CHAN fixtures to be played within the country. The tickets will be live starting Wednesday.
Ticket categories and prices are as follows:
Regular: Ksh200
VIP: Ksh500
VVIP: Ksh1,000
Each ticket is valid for one match only during the month-long continental tournament.
While fans in Uganda and Tanzania are expected to receive ticketing details in the coming days, Kenyan fans will from Wednesday have a head start in purchasing tickets for group and knockout stage matches.
Kenya is slated to host matches at Moi International Sports Centre (MISC), Kasarani and Nyayo Stadium, with all Harambee Stars group stage games set to take place at Kasarani.
Under head coach Benni McCarthy, Harambee Stars are drawn in a tough Group A alongside continental giants Morocco, DR Congo, Angola, and Zambia.
The opening ceremony and first match will be staged at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, while the closing ceremony and final match will be held in Nairobi.
Other venues include Mandela National Stadium (Namboole) in Kampala, Uganda, and the Amaan Stadium in Zanzibar.

The Confédération Africaine de Football on Monday officially launched the CAF CHAN 2024 campaign, unveiling the tournament’s official poster and theme under the banner “PAMOJA”.
“At the heart of the campaign is the word PAMOJA, a Swahili term meaning “unity”. More than just a slogan, PAMOJA embodies the spirit of togetherness, harmony, and shared ambition. It reflects the collective strength of African communities and the values that football brings to life, teamwork, collaboration and solidarity,” said CAF in a statement.

The TotalEnergies CAF CHAN is reserved exclusively for players who ply their trade in their domestic leagues. It is a celebration of homegrown talent and a showcase of the depth and diversity of African football.
