The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have opened a range of job opportunities, calling on qualified Kenyans to apply as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen public service delivery and institutional integrity.
KRA, the national revenue collection agency, is seeking experienced, self-driven professionals to join its team in several key departments.
The vacancies span areas such as business application support, system administration, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, service desk management, library services, and data governance, among others.

The deadline to apply for the roles is June 20, 2025, while the closing date for one position in library services is June 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

How to Apply – KRA
To apply, candidates must register and submit applications through the KRA e-recruitment portal.
Applicants are advised to use a personal email address for registration and to ensure all required fields are accurately completed.

The application process involves creating a candidate profile, uploading documents in PDF format, and submitting applications through the online system.
KRA has emphasized that no fees are charged during any stage of the recruitment process and warns against presenting forged documents or canvassing, which will lead to disqualification.
In line with Chapter Six of the Constitution, all successful applicants will be required to present clearance certificates from relevant authorities, including the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, HELB, KRA, and a licensed Credit Reference Bureau.
KRA was established through an Act of Parliament, specifically Chapter 469 of the Laws of Kenya, and officially began its operations on July 1, 1995.
Its primary responsibility is to collect revenue on behalf of the Kenyan government.
EACC Job Opportunities
On the other hand, EACC has also announced vacancies across administrative, investigative, accounting, legal, IT, and support services roles.
Interested candidates must fill out the official EACC Form 1 online, attaching all necessary documents including their CV, national ID, and academic and professional certificates.
The deadline for applications is Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
All applications must be submitted online and will be acknowledged via email. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
EACC has reiterated that it is an equal opportunity employer, and that canvassing will result in automatic disqualification.

EACC is a government agency formed under Section 3(1) of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act of 2011.
The Commission is made up of a Chairperson and four additional members, all appointed in accordance with the Constitution and the provisions outlined in Section 4 of the EACC Act.
Its operations are overseen by a Secretariat, which is led by the Secretary, who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
