Mutunga explained that the Constitution does give Gates such powers.
“I hear this man lives in Tigoni these days. Besides the cows, he’s also behind the subversion of Article 11(3)(b) by imposing GMOs on the country,” Mutunga said.

Ruto Dismisses Cows Vaccination Reports
However, President William Ruto dismissed reports that Bill Gates was planning to vaccinate cows to control methane emissions.
Speaking on February 6, 2025, during the launch of the vaccination drive, Ruto said Bill Gates is not involved in the exercise and the vaccines are processed in Kenya.
Ruto defended the vaccination exercise, stating that farmers have been vaccinating their cows for years without any form of opposition.
He criticized Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka for opposing the vaccination, accusing him of not having a cow.
Ruto refuted the claims as nonsense stating that, “These cows are ours; the doctors are ours, and we have sourced this medicine from Kabete. So, where does Bill Gates come in?”
