Jackson Ndere Kiboro is a Kenyan Economist who was shortlisted for the position of member of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
He appeared before the IEBC Selection Panel chaired by Dr. Nelson Makanda on April 8, 2025.
Jackson Ndere Academic Qualifications
Jackson Ndere holds a PhD in Economics from the University of South Africa, obtained in 2022.
He earned a Master of Economics degree from the same university in 2015.
Ndere Kiboro also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, which he completed in 2012.
Work Experience
Jackson Kiboro is currently serving as the Lead Consultant for Training Sub-County Coordinators, a role he has held since 2023.
In 2021, he served as the Acting Director for County Administration, Intergovernmental Relations, Economic Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as the Principal Finance Officer in charge of Budget and Economic Planning at the County Headquarters.
Prior to that, between 2014 and 2019, he served as the Principal Administrative Officer at Tharaka Nithi County.
