The Laikipia County Public Service Board has announced vacancies in various departments in the Public Service.
In an advert on November 19,2024, the board asked qualified and interested candidates to apply for the 91 jobs.
“The Laikipia County Public Service Board is pleased to invite applications from competent and qualified persons to fill vacancies in the following positions,” read the notice in part.
Some of the advertised openings in Laikipia County include the Chief Officer-Agriculture & Irrigation, Chief Executive Officer-Laikipia County Development Authority, Assistant Director-Accounting Financial Reporting, Assistant Director-Accounting Operations, Accountants (20), Finance Officer Assistant Director-Internal Audit, Director-Accounting Services among others.

Other vacancies available include an Internal Auditor, Director-Economic Planning and County Development, Economist, Statistician, Agricultural Officer (12), Human Resource Management Officers (10), Records Management Officers (13), Assistant Office Administrators (10) Office Administrative Assistant (2) and 13 Administration Officers.
In addition, Laikipia County Service Board is also hiring 2 Assistant Vocational and Technical Trainers in Beauty Therapy/Cosmetology, Assistant Vocational and Technical Trainer Food and Beverages (2), Artisan -Motor Vehicle Mechanic (3), Artisan-Clothing Technology (2), and two Artisans in Carpentry and Joinery.

Qualified and interested candidates should apply through a Google Forms Link that has been provided on the county’s website.
All applications should be received on or before December 2, 2024.

At the same time, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and will be required to present their original academic and professional documents during interviews.
