Moi University Gives Directive to Fresh Graduates, Days After Graduation

Moi University has issued directives to the 2024 graduates cohort II. In a statement dated Wednesday, April 2, the university informed graduates to pick up their certificates and transcripts following their graduation on March 28. 

“Attention, 2024 Graduates Cohort II! Your certificates and transcripts will be issued according to the attached schedule. Please mark your calendars and ensure you collect yours on the specified date,” the announcement stated.

According to the university administration, graduates must come on the date allocated to their specific school or serial number as indicated in the graduation booklet.

Additionally, graduates are required to bring the following mandatory items when collecting their certificates and transcripts:

1. Original and a copy of a national identity card or passport.
2. Original and a copy of the KCSE/diploma/bachelor’s/master’s certificate that was used for admission into the program.
3. A clearance form.

Certificates and transcripts will be issued on normal working days, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The collection venue will be at the main campus, Examinations Department, Room 306.

Dates for Collecting the Documents

Issuance will take place from April 3 to April 23. Graduates from the School of Medicine, the School of Education, the School of Business and Economics, the School of Arts and Social Sciences, the School of Nursing, and the School of Public Health are expected to collect their documents.

Additionally, graduates from the Ph.D. and Clinical Fellowship programs, as well as those in Dentistry, Law, Engineering, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Information Sciences, Sciences and Aerospace Studies, and Tourism, Hospitality, and Events Management, will also be part of the collection schedule. Graduates from Bomet University College are included as well.
