The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) has floated tenders for suppliers, including youths, for the 2025–2026 financial year.
The agency announced that registration for prequalified suppliers is now open, giving Kenyan businesses a chance to participate in upcoming tenders for the supply of goods, works, and services.
“We have officially opened supplier registration for the 2025/2026 Financial Year,” read part of the NACADA statement.
Registration Open for 2025–2026 Suppliers-NACADA
According to the public notice released by NACADA, the supplier registration process targets businesses interested in working with the authority in the next financial year.
The registration covers several procurement categories, including office equipment, consultancy, ICT supplies, printing, branding, and other general services.

All applicants are required to complete and submit their registration documents before 23rd October 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The forms can be downloaded from the official NACADA website or collected from the procurement office located at NACADA’s headquarters in Nairobi.
“This registration process is a critical step in ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and inclusivity in public procurement,” the notice stated.
The notice emphasized that the registration is not an award of a contract but a process to identify eligible and credible suppliers for future consideration.
Transparent and Competitive Process
NACADA said the initiative aligns with the authority’s mandate to uphold accountability in all its operations, including procurement.

The registration will enable the agency to maintain an updated list of qualified suppliers who can be called upon to provide goods and services during the new financial year.
“Only applicants who meet the required qualifications and submit complete documentation within the stated timelines will be considered for prequalification,” the authority added.
Suppliers are required to submit their completed forms in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and deposited in the tender box located at the NACADA reception area.
Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Requirements
Interested applicants are required to provide copies of the following documents, accompanied by an application letter for each category, clearly indicating the Category No. applied in the reference.

The mandatory documents are:
- Evidence of Registration on the Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) platform.
- Copy of Certificate of Registration / Incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate / Tax Exemption certificate
- KRA PIN Certificate
- CR 12 Certificate for limited Companies and CR13 for Sole proprietor firms
- Valid AGPO Certificate for tenders under Youth, Women or PWD
- Current Single Business Permit
- Copies of the Identification card (ID) or passport for the Directors as it is on CR12/CR13
- NCA Certificate and practising License for Category No.O
- Valid ICT Authority certification category for End User Computing Devices for Category No. H & I
- Valid ICT Authority certification category for ICT Networking for Category No.J
- Letter of registration with the State Department of Transport – Mechanical Department as authorised to operate a motor vehicle garage for Category No.T
How to Apply
To apply for NACADA’s 2025–2026 supplier registration, applicants should follow these steps:
- Visit NACADA’s website: Go to www.nacada.go.ke.
- Download registration forms: Locate the “Supplier Registration 2025–2026” section under the procurement or tender tab.
- Fill out the form: Complete all sections of the registration form accurately and attach all supporting documents as specified.
- Package and submit: Place the completed form and documents in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with the category applied for.
- Deliver to NACADA offices: Submit the envelope to the tender box at NACADA’s headquarters, National Drug Control Centre, Upper Hill, Nairobi, before 23rd October 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
