State House which is the Executive Office of the President has advertised for sealed tenders for supply and delivery of meat and fruits among other products for Financial Year 2023-2024/2025.
The tendering process which is set to be conducted under Framework Agreement using a standardized tender document is open to all pre-qualified/registered firms under the list of prequalified/registered suppliers for State House.
Moreover, tenderers will be allowed to tender for one lot only as specified in the tender document.
Likewise, pre-qualified suppliers may obtain more information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to1700 hours from Monday to Friday by physically visiting the Head of Supply Chain Management Services at State House Administration Building in Nairobi, call the number 020 2227436 or send an email to supplychain@president.go.ke.

Download a complete tender document from either of the websites www.president.go.ke and https://www.tenders.go.ke to obtain tender documents.
Deposit your complete Tender Documents, both “Original” and “Copy”, enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the Tender Number at the Tender Box addressed to the head of Supply Chain Management at State House.

When applying for the tender, ensure the prices quoted is inclusive of all taxes and levies.
Tenderers who download the tender document MUST forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@president.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Note that all Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Only (Ksh.200, 000) from a reputable Bank/Insurance Companies approved by PPRA.

Furthermore, ensure all pages of the tender documents submitted are chronologically serialized.
Completed tenders should be delivered to the executive office of the president on or before Tuesday, 12th September 2023 at 11.00am.
As such, Electronic Tenders will not be permitted, and late tenders will be rejected.
Nonetheless, tenders will be closed or opened immediately after the deadline date, or any deadline date and time specified later.
The statehouse in the advertisement confirmed that tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
