Images of four suspects wanted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have been captured on CCTV cameras at various locations.
In a post on Monday, September 16, the DCI published footage from the CCTV cameras showing the faces of the suspects, which include three men and one woman.
“DCI is appealing to members of the public to volunteer information that may lead to the arrest of individuals whose images appear below,” reads part of the statement.
The investigative agency revealed that the suspects are wanted for a series of murders and robberies within the Embakasi area, Nairobi County.
Meanwhile, DCI ordered the individuals in question to surrender themselves at the nearest police station for further police action.
Information on the whereabouts of the suspects may be forwarded to DCI Embakasi or the nearest police station.
Leads can also be channeled confidentially through the anonymous #FichuaKwaDCI hotline number 0800722203 or via police hotline numbers 999, 911, and 112.
Description of DCI CCTV Footage
In the footage, two of the male suspects are seen inside a building. One is wearing a black jacket and a cap, while the other has a white jacket and is armed with what appears to be a panga.
The woman is dressed in a red shirt, white jacket, and jeans. In one of the clips, she is seen making a phone call.
Another suspect is captured on the street, and it seems the last two suspects may also have been in the same area.

NPS Security Alert
The DCI, in collaboration with the National Police Service (NPS), has reiterated its efforts to combat illicit drugs, fraud, and insecurity in Kenya.
On September 14, NPS reassured Kenyans of their safety and security, reaffirming that officers deployed across the country remain vigilant in protecting the nation.
NPS emphasized its commitment to a multi-agency security strategy and is working closely with other security agencies at national, regional, and international levels, as well as with members of the public, through intelligence-led policing.
The Service also urged the public to collaborate with the police by reporting any suspicious activity or persons to the nearest police station or the DCI.
