Chief Government pathologist Johansen Oduor is leading a team of doctors conducting a second autopsy on the body of Memusi Sankok ,son of nominated MP David Sankok
The exercise is being conducted at the Umash funeral home in Nakuru where the body was moved to.
The family is represented by two private doctors
The earlier postmortem indicated that Memusi’s death was caused by a bullet through his chin which exited at the top of his head.
The first postmortem was conducted at Longisa Hospital in Bomet County
Detectives from the DCI headquarters ordered a second autopsy after the first one left some unanswered questions.
The second autopsy will involve examination of the wound, the direction the bullet took and even the projectile.
Memusi is alleged to have used a shotgun to kill himself
