The Gaza Government Media Office has accused Israel of committing 26 “bloody massacres” within a 48-hour period in Palestine, resulting in the deaths of more than 300 Palestinians.
These attacks reportedly targeted civilians in displacement centres, shelters, homes, public markets, and areas where people were seeking food.
At least 73 people have been killed by Israel since dawn on Thursday, including 33 desperate aid seekers at the controversial Israeli and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid sites.
Bloody 48 Hours in Palestine
Among the casualties reported in the recent escalation were individuals killed in an airstrike on a tent encampment in al-Mawasi, which had been designated as a “safe zone” for displaced Palestinians.
Another strike hit a school in Gaza City that was sheltering hundreds of civilians, including women and children.

Eyewitnesses and local health officials described scenes of devastation, with entire families buried under rubble and emergency services overwhelmed by the scale of destruction.
These incidents have drawn widespread condemnation from humanitarian organizations and have intensified calls for an immediate ceasefire and independent investigations into potential violations of international law.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, more than 600 Palestinians have been killed while attempting to access food and aid since the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) began operations in late May.
Human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and Oxfam, have condemned the GHF, accusing it of facilitating attacks on civilians under the guise of aid distribution.
Israel has defended its actions, stating that its military operations are aimed at dismantling Hamas infrastructure and eliminating high-ranking operatives responsible for the October 7, 2023, attacks.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) claim to have targeted weapons depots, tunnel networks, and rocket launch sites embedded within civilian areas. They argue that Hamas’s use of human shields complicates efforts to avoid civilian casualties.
Shocking Revelation
According to a detailed investigation by the Associated Press, American contractors guarding aid distribution sites in Gaza have been accused of using live ammunition, stun grenades, and pepper spray against Palestinians desperately seeking food.
These claims are supported by videos, internal reports, and eyewitness testimonies from two whistleblower contractors who worked at the sites.
Two US contractors, speaking to the AP on condition of anonymity, said they were speaking out because they were disturbed by what they considered dangerous practices.

They said the security staff hired were often unqualified, unvetted, heavily armed and seemed to have an open licence to do whatever they wished.
Ceasefire in the balance
U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday claimed Israel agreed to ceasefire terms, but Hamas insists on a full Israeli withdrawal in Palestine and a permanent end to the conflict, conditions Israel has not accepted.
Egyptian and Qatari mediators have proposed a new truce framework, potentially lasting five to seven years, involving hostage releases, prisoner exchanges, and a complete Israeli withdrawal, but Israel has not commented on this plan.
