Iran has expressed concern over the F-15E rescue mission on April 5 by the United States, alleging that the mission was a cover-up for US President Donald Trump to steal uranium.
Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman, Esmaeil Baqaei, stated that there is uncertainty surrounding the rescue mission.
According to Esmaeil, the pilot from the F-15 E aircraft was found far from the original destination where the aircraft supposedly landed.
“The area where the American pilot was claimed to be present in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province is a long way from the area where they attempted to land or wanted to land their forces in central Iran,” Baqaei stated.
In addition, Baqaei added that the rescue mission was a deceptive move with the aim and target being to steal the Iranians’ enriched Uranium and would not be ignored.
The allegation followed the rescue of the second crew member of a US F-15 jet shot down, as confirmed by the US President Donald Trump on his social media platform.
During the rescue, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that another US aircraft involved in the rescue had been downed in the province of Isfahan on April 5, according to Iran’s Fars news agency.
A report from the Fars News agency indicated that the aircraft was a C-130-class aircraft and was destroyed by a police commando unit called the Faraj Rangers.

Attacks on Iran’s Nuclear Plants
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed on April 6 the recent impacts of military strikes close to Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant.
Confirmation of the impact of the attack on the Bushehr nuclear power plant was based on independent analysis of new satellite imagery and knowledge of the site.
Despite one of the strikes hitting only 75 meters from the nuclear plant perimeter, the IAEA stated that the plant was not damaged.
Previous records from the IAEA indicated that the Iranians had informed the agency of projectile strikes close to the power plant.
US 15 –Point Plan
During a press conference in Tehran on April 6, Esmail Baghaei accused the United States of having no regard for the international law.
Additionally, he rejected the 15-point US ceasefire proposal conveyed through mediators, calling it illogical and unacceptable.
According to Baghaei, no peaceful talk and proposal could take place alongside threats, insisting that the criteria for any agreement would be the interest and security of the Iranians.

US Attacks on Iran
Following a 48-hour ultimatum by Trump for Iran to fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz or face more strikes on its power plants and major bridges, Iran launched attacks in retaliation.
Attacks were launched by the US and Israel across various regions in Tehran, targeting a top university and residential areas.
Approximately 34 people were killed, including 6 children, with reports by Fars news agency showing that on Monday, 23 people, including children below 10 years, died in Tehran province’s Baharestan County.
Political and security deputy of the governor, Morteza Heydari, also reported that 5 people were killed in an attack on a residential building in the Qom city.
Heydari added that six others were killed in the Bandar-e Lengeh, in southern Iran.
Mohammad Reza Aref, Iran’s first vice president, accused the US of deploying a bunker-buster bomb to target the university during the attacks.
“The bunker-buster bomb attack on Sharif University is a symbol of Trump’s madness and ignorance,” Aref stated in a post on his X account.
In addition to the attacks on the Tehran region by the US and Israel on April 6, Iranian state media confirmed that the head of intelligence for Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard was killed in an attack targeting him.
Israel confirmed that it had eliminated Maj. Gen. Majid Khademi, the senior figure, was among those killed in intense attacks on Iran overnight. Dozens more were reported dead.
