Kiprono Arap Kirwa, who served as the Minister of Agriculture during the administration of former President Mwai Kibaki, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the late Raila Odinga, describing him as a selfless man committed to fostering peace in Kenya.
In an exclusive interview with Nixon Njau of The Kenya Times, Arap Kirwa highlighted Raila’s dedication to national unity and tranquility, portraying him as a leader whose actions were driven by a genuine desire to build a harmonious society for all Kenyans.
Arap Kirwa shared personal insights into Odinga’s character, noting that upon meeting him in person, Raila would humbly adapt to one’s level to create a sense of comfort and ease.
