Lilian Achieng Gogo is the Member of Parliament for Rangwe Constituency in Homa Bay County.
She was re-elected in the 2022 general elections under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.

Lilian Achieng joined Egerton University in 1992 for a bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science and Technology, which he completed in 1996.

Career life
From 1999 to 2000, Achieng joined the Kenya Cooperative Creameries (KCC) as the assistant factory manager. In 2001, she worked at Spin Kit Diaries, where she served as the plant manager.
Additionally, she worked as a part-time lecturer at Egerton University from the year 2007 to 2012.
Lilian Achieng was also a lecturer from 2012 to 2013 at the Kenya Methodist University, and thereafter she served in the same position at Egerton University, Faculty of Agriculture from June 2013 to 2017.
She was then elected to parliament in 2017, where she served as a member of the defence and foreign relations committees and the parliamentary broadcasting and library committees.
