The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a globally recognized independent body that develops and publishes international standards.
ISO certification is a vital benchmark for organizations worldwide, validating adherence to best practices across various fields, including quality management, information security, and environmental sustainability.
This standard helps organizations benchmark how their managed services are delivered, and how they can measure the service levels and assess their performance.
Certification under ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 confirms that an institution has met rigorous international standards in IT service management, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and security in service delivery.
The standard follows Annex SL, the High-Level Structure used by all new and revised standards, and is compatible with other management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
This allows easy integration of multiple standards and reduces duplication of effort and cost.
