The Executive Office of the President, State House, has announced a public auction of unserviceable motor vehicles, tyres, car batteries, and obsolete vehicle spare parts.
Other items to be auctioned include laundry machines, scrap metals, old carpets and rags, a car washing machine, a generator, halogen security lights, an electric cooker, a lawn mower, among others.
The Auction will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the State Department for Roads, Ruiru.
According to the notice, the prospective bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of Ksh50,000 payable in the form of cash at the cash office, Executive Office of the President-State House in Nairobi during normal working hours.
Interested bidders may obtain further information by visiting www.tenders.go.ke and www.president.go.ke to download a catalogue containing details of venue, items to be auctioned, conditions of sale and date of viewing.

KRA Tender Notice
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) also invited bids from eligible candidates for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of solar power systems at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA) Mombasa Campus.
The tender is open, and the mandatory site visit will be conducted on June 3 at KESRA, Mombasa Campus.
KRA stated that the prebid will be conducted on the same day at 12 noon and the bid will be closed at 11:00 a.m. on June 11 at Times Tower.

Kenya Power Tender
The Kenya Power and Lighting Company Plc (KPLC) has also invited tenders from interested bidders for provision of four services.
Kenya Power advertised a tender for the proposed construction of Eldoret Office Block- Builders Work Phase I.
The tender will commence on May 27 and close on June 16 at 10:00 a.m.
Additionally, Kenya Power invited bids for a three-year contract for supply of fleet repairs and maintenance services from third party garages in Nairobi Region.

Kenya Power also announced a re-tender for the provision of cleaning services to North Eastern Region (YWPWD).
The tender will commence on May 28 and close on June 4 at 10:00 a.m.
It also advertised the supply and delivery of assorted electrical and electronics, mechanical, renewable energy equipment and tools.
