President William Ruto’s brother David Samoei on Friday, December 15 tied the knot with his lover Carol Kitur at the Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club in Nyeri.
There were familiar faces all over the venue with politicians and close associates of the first family in attendance.
Among the guests in attendance included President William Ruto and First Lady Mama Rachael Ruto.
In addition, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen were part of the long list of VIPs in the wedding.
Dressed in the dominant black color theme of the wedding, politicians including governors, senators and Members of Parliament arrived to witness the special day for the couple.
On his part, the President donned a black Kaunda suit and complemented it with a black hat.
For the couple, the groom wore a black and a white shirt tied with an orange bow tie while the bride wore a white mermaid gown.
The venue was equally decorated to set the ideal stage for a posh wedding.
Samoei’s and Kitur’s wedding came four years after their engagement in a colorful traditional wedding in 2019.
