Content creator and actor David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah has recalled the last moments before he was involved in a tragic road accident on December 30.
Taking to his social media account, Mulamwah revisited the moment the car he was travelling in rolled severally along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway at around 12.47 PM.
“At Ngata bridge just before Nakuru we rolled several times trying to evade a car in front which had just stopped suddenly following emergency braking,” he said.
Furthermore, the content creator shared a video of the damaged vehicle as witnesses at the scene looked by.
Mulamwah Emerges Unhurt
Fortunately, Mulamwah and the other passenger emerged from the wrecked vehicle unharmed.
Terming this as a miracle, the content creator went on to add, “God of many chances, it could have ended otherwise but God is with us all the time.”
Additionally, he assured fans that no one from both vehicles got hurt, noting that they only came out with a few scratches.
In the video, the car is seen being towed away by a rescue truck as Mulamwah thanked witnesses who came to their aid after the tragic accident.
“Thanks to the residents and Kaptembwa police staff who really helped us all in the scene. Blessings, “he said.

Notably, security officers arrived at the scene to return normalcy along the busy highway as the cars were towed to a nearby police station.
The accident is among the several tragic cases that have been recorded since the start of the festive season.
Festive Season Road Accidents
In a different case, four people died on the spot in December 26 morning in an accident involving a lorry ferrying sand.
The lorry veered off the road at Bulemia area in Budalangi, Busia County.
Moreover, the Ministry of Transport through the National Transport and Safety Authority has been undertaking measures to ensure drivers adhere to road safety guidelines.
Further, Roads CS Kipchumba Murkomen highlighted that 3,999 people died in road accidents between January and December 7, 2023.

In a statement shared on December 18, the CS noted that the number had reduced from the 4,352 recorded within the same period in 2022.
Additionally, Murkomen lauded the progress saying the ministry’s collective effort contributed to the reduction of road fatalities this year.
However, he pointed out that the reduction in deaths coincided with an increase in the number of seriously injured individuals.
“It takes care and responsibility on the part of all road users to address challenges presented on our roads. Do not allow a reckless driver to take away the lives of innocent road users,” added Murkomen.
