President William Ruto has announced the immediate sale of 4,888 houses countrywide.
While issuing his State of the Nation address in parliament on Thursday, November 21, Ruto asked all interested and qualified Kenyans to express their interest in purchasing the houses.
He noted that they would be sold fairly and equitably to all applicants.
“Guided by our principle of fairness, one ID one house, every eligible Kenyan is encouraged to express interest. Visit these developments, view the show houses and engage with onsite staff who are already too willing to assist.
“The allocation process will be transparent and every qualified applicant has an equal opportunity to own a house,” said Ruto.
