The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has revoked the operating licences of 29 postal and courier service providers.
In a Gazette notice dated January 6, 2026, Director General and CEO David Mugonyi said the revocation will take effect seven days from the date of publication, after which the affected firms will no longer be authorised to offer postal or courier services in the country.
The notice states that upon revocation, any resources held under the licences will revert to the Authority, and the licensees will be barred from continuing operations in the affected categories.
“As indicated above, revocation will take effect seven (7) days from the date of this publication and any resources held under these licences shall revert to the Authority upon revocation. Upon revocation of the licences, the licensees shall not be authorized to operate and provide the services as indicated in the table above.”
All the companies listed are classified as national courier operators. They include Murang’a Supreme Shuttle Limited, Two NK Holding Investment Group Limited, Lions Courier Security Limited, Kiemwa Sacco Society, Franchial Distributors and Parcel Deliveries, KNS Courier Services Limited, NNK Shuttle Parcel Services Limited, Safari Luxury Shuttle Limited, Prestige Courier Services Limited, Kitale Shuttle Limited, Narok Shuttle Transport Services Limited, and Narok Star Shuttle Sacco Services Limited.

Others named are Nakargo Express Courier, Valimall Limited, Biliti Electric Kenya, Dagkin High Value Services, Hapa Courier Limited, Thamani Concierge Limited, Mos LLP, Mividama Enterprises Limited, Popote Parcel Services Limited, Salvet Parcel Services Limited (Faraja Errands Limited), Bongo Team Limited, Byke It Deliveries Limited, Manatwa Sacco Limited, Bodafy Parcel Services, Global Link Courier and Parcels Limited, Radar Limited, and Outrival Courier Services Limited.
CA gazettes applications for network and postal licenses
At the same time, Mugonyi, in another Gazette notice, announced the receipt of 17 new applications for various network and postal licences.
Under the Network Facilities Service Provider category, Cable Free Limited has applied for a Tier 2 licence upgrade. Bomanet Enterprises Limited, Everest Production Corporation Kenya Limited, Faithwoks Technologies Limited, Gallery Wave Limited, Jennik Solutions Limited, Kigz Technologies Networks Limited, Mozalife Kenya Limited, Ryantel Systems Limited, Tawi Wifi Limited, Wathajir Solutions Limited, Velocity Infrastructure Limited, and Velolink Solutions Limited submitted applications for Tier 3 licences.
For postal services, Redeli Limited, Muna Supreme Shuttle Limited, and Ungwana Western Travelers Limited applied to operate as National Postal/Courier Operators, while Mozaico Coaches Limited applied for an International Postal/Courier Operator licence.

The Authority invited members of the public to submit representations or objections to the applications within 30 days of publication, by written submissions addressed to the CA Director General.
Commercial radio licence application
Separately, the Communications Authority disclosed that it had received an application for a new broadcasting licence from Nyumba Iitu Media Limited.
The applicant seeks approval to operate Nyumba Iitu Radio, a Commercial Free-to-Air Radio station. The company is listed under P.O. Box 881–00520, Hola.
CA has invited the public to submit any representations or objections within 30 days of publication, noting that the grant of the licence may affect the public, local authorities, companies, or other bodies.
