National Bank, a subsidiary of Access Bank PLC, has announced a public auction of motor vehicles, offering a range of cars and commercial vehicles at competitive reserve prices starting from KSh 280,000.
In a notice on March 23, by the National Bank, the sale will be conducted on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, allowing interested buyers to purchase vehicles directly from the storage yards listed in the auction notice.
“The Motor vehicles are sold on an ‘AS IS WHERE IS’ basis,” read the National Bank statement in part.
Interested bidders are required to submit their offers via email or in a sealed envelope by March 30, 2026.

According to the notice, interested bidders must submit their bids along with complete contact information.

Submissions can be sent via email to [email protected] or delivered in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR MOTOR VEHICLE” to the Auction Tender Committee, P.O. Box 72866–00200, Nairobi.
All submissions must reach the committee by the specified deadline.
“…to reach the committee not later than 30th March, 2026,” the bank noted.

National Bank further stated that the auction is conducted under the oversight of the Central Bank of Kenya, ensuring a transparent and regulated sale process.
Locations Of the Auction Yards
Mt. Kenya Yard is in Meru, northern Kenya, used for vehicle auctions like those by Startruck Auctioneers.
Grey Post Auction Yard – Ruiru lies in Ruiru town, Kiambu County near Nairobi.
Black Bird Nyali (Blackbird Storage) operates in Nyali, Mombasa.
Purple Royal Storage Yard sits on Kiambu Road, Nairobi.
Capitol Diamond – Thika is in Thika town, Kiambu.
Grey Post – Kiambu Rd
Colinet Storage Yard – Kisumu are in Kisumu northwest of CBD.
