How to Access KUCCPS Portal
Candidates can check their placement results through the KUCCPS portal.
Students who applied for placement can follow the procedure below to check placement results online.
Step 1: Visit the KUCCPS Website
Go to the official KUCCPS website: https://kuccps. net/.
Step 2: Access the Student Portal
Click on the “Student’ s Portal” link. https://students. kuccps. net/login/.
Step 3: Log in to Your Account
Use the following details to log in:
- KCSE Index Number
- KCSE Examination Year (e. g., 2024)
- Password: This is either your KCPE index number or your birth certificate number
Step 4: View Your Placement Results
Once logged in, you will see the name of the institution you have been placed in and the course or programme you will pursue.
Additionally, KUCCPS can also send placement results by SMS to applicants.

Most Applied KMTC Courses
On July 1, 2025, Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Julius Ogamba revealed the top four Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) courses that received the highest number of applications.
According to CS Ogamba, the nursing programs received over 27,000 applications.
These were followed closely by Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Medical Emergency Technician, and Community Health programs.
“Regarding KMTC, 52,725 qualified students submitted placement applications against a capacity of 34,048. Nursing diploma and certificate programs, with a combined capacity of 2,986, attracted the highest number of applicants—over 27,000, indicating a growing demand for nursing,” he said.
“Other popular KMTC programs include Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Medical Emergency Technician, and Community Health.”
