Entry Requirements and Membership Structure
When a matatu owner wants to join Super Metro SACCO, they first undergo an application process that begins with identification and business verification.

Applicants are required to present documents including:
- Copy of National Identity Card (ID) or Passport
- KRA PIN certificate
- Passport-size photographs
- Proof of residence (utility bill, tenancy agreement, or equivalent documentation)
Fees Required to Join Super Metro
The SACCO also requires its members to pay fees, including a registration fee, a share capital contribution, and an entrance fee depending on the financing model.

Vetting, Route Allocation, and Operational Rules
The Sacco also enforces internal vetting procedures in which applicants are assessed for financial readiness, compliance history, and ability to meet operational requirements.
This process ensures all members understand the Sacco’s strict rules governing conduct, punctuality, vehicle maintenance, and fare discipline.
Once verified, members are then issued with formal documentation confirming their ownership and participation in the Sacco.
Successful applicants are then allocated specific routes based on operational demand and fleet planning.
Vehicles are then branded with the Super Metro identity and integrated into the Sacco’s monitoring system, which includes GPS tracking and performance oversight.
