NPS and Kenya Police Service
Interested candidates should regularly check the NPS and KPS website and social media platforms.
Police recruitment notices are always posted here.
Kenya Police Service website – check their “Careers” or “Current Vacancies” sections.
If you log into the NPS website, the vacancies and recruitment are posted under “careers” under the “News & Events” menu.

Kenya Gazette
Police recruitment is normally published in the Kenya Gazette.
This is the government’s official weekly publication for formal notices normally published on Fridays.
However, there are Special Gazettes issued on different days of the week.
MyGov
Police recruitment is normally advertised through the MyGov publication.
MyGov is the Government Advertising Agency (GAA) established in 2015.
It provides information on Government programmes and activities, job opportunities, Government tenders and important public notices that were not widely circulated by the mainstream media.

The notices in newspapers are normally so detailed in terms of the dates, venues and requirements.
Ministry of Interior
Candidates should also follow the Ministry of Interior on social media and check their website for recruitment notices.
The Ministry normally posts such notices on its X platform.
There is also a “Career” menu under “Opportunities” where such notices can be found.
Similarly, candidates can also follow the Interior Cabinet Secretary (CS) and Principal Secretary (PS) through their official social media pages.
