A former Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) commander has warned that Iran is ready to launch an attack on all United States warships.
Speaking in an interview on Iran Press TV, Mohsen Rezaei, who is also the IRGC military adviser, stated that there is a need to put more pressure on Iran’s enemies.
His comments come amid the renewed tension after the US-imposed naval blockade and restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz
“Pressure must increase. Our launchers are now locked on the warships, and we will sink them all,” said Mohsen.
Iranian warning over US warships
The United States has recently moved to block Iranian ports and shipping routes, deploying naval assets to the region as part of efforts to pressure Tehran.
Mohsen accused White House of imposing a blockade on Iran, saying that the plan will fail.

According to the military advisor, Iran’s Armed Forces would never allow Trump’s administration to achieve any success since they are in possession of major assets to counter the US.
“Just as the United States suffered a historic defeat in trying to open the Strait of Hormuz, it is also doomed to fail in the naval blockade,” added Mohsen
In response, Iran has imposed its own restrictions on vessel movement through the Strait of Hormuz, warning that any interference with its maritime activity could trigger retaliation.
The senior Iranian official reiterated that the Americans have no plan to end the war they jointly waged with the Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic late in February.
Rising Tensions Despite Fragile Ceasefire
The latest exchange of warnings comes despite a ceasefire reached after weeks of intense fighting between Iran and US-backed forces.
Iranian officials have cautioned that any military action near the Strait of Hormuz could undermine the already fragile truce, raising the risk of renewed confrontation across the region.

United States Eding War on Iran
Rezaei also added that the United States lacks a clear strategy to end the conflict and accused Washington of pursuing further military objectives, including plans to seize Iranian assets.
“In their latest plan, they intended to deploy paratroopers in and seize our uranium to fabricate an achievement for themselves,” stated Rezaei.
President Donald Trump told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that the U.S.-Israel war with Iran is over.
Bartiromo made the statement Tuesday evening while promoting an exclusive interview with Trump, taped at the White House and scheduled to air on her Fox Business program Wednesday, April 15.
In the clip she shared, Trump responded directly when asked if the war was over. “It’s over,” he said.
The operations included airstrikes that took out Iran’s air defenses, missile sites, and, most importantly, nuclear facilities. Trump had said that Iran was “eviscerated” and not a threat anymore.
Amid the 14-day ceasefire, the U.S. Navy continues to enforce the blockade, preventing Iranian oil exports and limiting shipping through the narrow waterway that carries about one-fifth of the world’s oil.
