Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a warning to major American technology, industrial, and financial firms as potential targets amid an intensifying conflict with the United States and Israel.
In a statement, circulated by Iranian media, the IRGC urged employees and nearby residents in the Middle East ahead of the planned retaliation attack.
“We advise the employees of these institutions to immediately leave their workplaces to preserve their lives. Residents around these terrorist companies in all countries of the region should also leave their area within a one-kilometer radius and move to a safe place,” the statement read.
IRGC Names United States Tech Companies as Targets
According to the IRGC, key institutions linked to information and communications technology and artificial intelligence play a central role in what it termed “terrorist operations” against Iran.
“Companies that actively participate in terrorist designs will face countermeasures for every assassination target,” the statement read.
The list reportedly includes major U.S. firms such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, Intel, Cisco, HP, Oracle, Meta, IBM, Dell, Palantir, Nvidia, Tesla, General Electric, J.P. Morgan, Boeing, Spire Solutions, and G42.

The statement follows reports on March 11, in which the IRGC released a list via Telegram from the IRGC-affiliated Tasnim News Agency, naming Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, IBM, Oracle, and Palantir, along with their specific regional offices, data centers, and research facilities, as possible targets in its retaliation plan.
