The Office of the Auditor-General (OAG) has announced 195 new job opportunities across different departments, inviting qualified Kenyans to apply before October 15.
The positions, advertised under Article 252(1)(d) of the Constitution, range from senior leadership roles to entry-level positions.
They include Deputy Auditor General, Principal Legal Officer, Principal Communications Officer, Internal Auditors, Finance Officers, ICT Security specialists, drivers, and office assistants.
The OAG, an independent office established under Article 229 of the Constitution, plays a crucial role in promoting oversight, accountability, and transparency in the use of public resources across government agencies, commissions, and state-funded entities.
Requirements
Applicants are required to submit fully completed application forms via email, along with copies of their academic and professional certificates, CVs, and clearance documents from relevant bodies, including the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and the Kenya Revenue Authority.

The OAG stated its commitment to equal employment opportunities and encouraged women and persons with disabilities to apply.
“No physical or paper applications will be accepted. Only shortlisted and successful candidates will be contacted,” the advertisement noted, warning that canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification.
Applications must reach the Auditor-General’s office no later than October 15, 2025.
How to Apply
Applicants must complete the prescribed application form available on the Office of the Auditor-General website at www.oagkenya.go.ke.
The filled form should be submitted by email to [email protected] together with:
- A detailed curriculum vitae.
- Copies of academic and professional certificates.
- National identification card or passport.
- Current clearances from the Kenya Revenue Authority, Higher Education Loans Board, Directorate of Criminal Investigations, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and a credit reference bureau.
Only electronic applications will be accepted. Paper submissions will not be considered.

The application deadline is October 15, 2025. Late applications or canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
The Office of the Auditor-General noted that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
