Kisii County Public Service Board has announced 498 vacancies in 2 different departments.
In a notice dated October 9, the Board invited applications from competent and qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions.
“Pursuant to Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 59 of the County Governments Act, (2012) Revised Edition 2020, The Kisii County Public Service Board invites applications from suitable and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions,” read part of the Kisii County notice.
The listed opportunities are available in two specific departments: the Department of Medical Services, Public Health, and Sanitation, and the Department of Education, Technical Training, Innovation, and Social Sciences.
Kisii County Department of Health Services vacancies
In the Department of Medical Services, Public Health, and Sanitation, the following vacancies are available.

The Kisii County Public Service Board has outlined a clear process for interested applicants seeking the newly advertised positions.
Interested and eligible applicants are required to submit a cover letter clearly stating the position for which they are applying, a detailed curriculum vitae (CV), Copies of their National Identity Card, and certified academic and professional certificates.

Applicants can also apply for the vacancies by physically delivering their applications to the Kisii County Public Service Board offices, located along the Kisii–Kilgoris road, near the junction of Kisii Cathedral Road.

“For further information, please visit our website,” they stated.
Notably, the County confirmed that all applications to be considered should be delivered before the set deadline, October 30, 2025.
“Applications should reach the Kisii County Public Service Board on or before 5:00 pm, 30th October 2025,” they noted.
Requirements and Fraudulent Activities Warning
The applicants were urged to attach all copies of academic certificates and testimonials.

Successful candidates will be required to present their evidence of compliance with the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, including clearance from relevant bodies such as the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), and Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
“Canvassing in any form and failure to attach any of the stipulated documents will lead to automatic disqualification,” Kisii County Public Service Board warned in their notice.
Kisii County encouraged all qualified applicants, including persons with disability, to apply for the vacancies.
