The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced a major recruitment drive targeting 15 senior leadership positions, including three Commissioners and 12 Deputy Commissioners.
According to a notice from KRA, the move is part of a restructuring plan to enhance service delivery and organizational agility.
In the press statement dated July 21, 2025, KRA said the new hiring initiative is aligned with its 9th Corporate Plan, which aims to create a modern, adaptable workforce capable of navigating the evolving global tax environment.
Additionally, the plan prioritizes enhancing internal capacity by attracting top-tier talent into key leadership positions.
“This reflects the Authority’s commitment to attracting a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates in support of its mandate to drive national development through effective revenue mobilization,” the statement read.
