The Public Service Commission (PSC) has advertised 142 job opportunities in various ministries and state departments.
In an advert on Tuesday, August 20, PSC announced vacant positions in the public service and invited applications from qualified and interested candidates.
PSC advertised 42 opportunities for Assistant County Commissioner II under the Ministry of Interior and National Administration.
The Commission also announced vacancies for the positions of Deputy Director, Social Welfare/Counselling Services (1) and Assistant Director, Social Welfare (6).
Under The National Treasury, the Commission announced one opening for the position of Director, Resource Mobilization.
Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development
PSC has announced several opportunities within the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Ministry.
Open positions include roles such as Secretary MSMEs, Director of Enterprise Development (Digital Delivery and Communication), Director Enterprise Development, (Innovation, Product and Market Development), Director, Enterprise Development, (Financing, Partnership and Coordination) and Director, Enterprise Development, (Policy and Research).
The Commission also invited applications from persons interested in filling the position of Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Digital Delivery and Communication), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Market Development), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Policy), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Coordination), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Partnership and Linkages), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Financing and Resource Mobilization), Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Innovation and Product Development) and Deputy Director, Enterprise Development, (Research).

“The details of the posts and mode of application can be accessed on the Commission’s website,” PSC said.
Additionally, PCS announced vacancies for the posts of Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Partnership and Linkages), Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Co-ordination), Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Financing and Resource Mobilization) and Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Market Development).
Others are Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Innovation and Product Development), Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Research), Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Policy) and Assistant Director, Enterprise Development, (Digital Delivery and Communication).
Public Service Jobs at the State Department for Public Service
In the State Department for Public Service, there are vacancies for Director, Counselling and Wellness Services (2), Deputy Director, Counselling and Wellness Services (1), Assistant Director, Counselling and Wellness Services (14), Assistant Director, Management Consultancy Services (15), Assistant Director, Public Service Reforms (6), and Assistant Director, Research (10).

Parliamentary Affairs
The Parliamentary Affairs has announced two openings for Legislative Affairs Officer, three for Parliamentary Affairs Officer, and eight for Coordination and Strategy Officer.
The Ministry of Transport, on its part, has advertised two positions: Assistant Director, Air Transport and Assistant Director, Shipping and Maritime.
