News anchor Loise Wangui has announced her departure from Nation Media Group after a 10-year stint.
While presenting her final bulletin on Friday, September 12, 2025, during the “NTV Mashinani” segment, Loise bid farewell to her NMG colleagues and her viewers.
“The time has come for us to close, but today I am not just closing the bulletin — I am personally closing my journey at NTV Mashinani. Since February this year, it has been seven months of informing, educating, and entertaining you through NTV Mashinani. We had the online Mashinani, Mashinani in towns and villages, and I believe you will soon know in whose hands it will remain. Today marks my very last day presenting NTV Mashinani because God has willed that I leave in peace, not in conflict,” she said in her farewell remarks.
