Ibrahim Karanja is a Kenyan journalist who is a senior political reporter at NTV, which is owned by the Nation Media Group.
Karanja joined NTV after spending close to four years at KTN News, where he was a correspondent after joining in September 2018.
During his tenure at KTN, Karanja was based in Nyeri and Nakuru County.
He joined NTV in 2022 after Standard Group sunk into financial distress, that pushed out hundreds of talented journalists.
The award-winning journalist is multi-talented and has written for The Standard newspaper and Daily Nation.
Karanja is also bilingual and reports in English and Swahili.
