Kitilai Ole Ntutu is a Kenyan politician and a member of parliament representing Narok South Constituency in Narok County.
Kitilai Ole Ntutu was elected as the Member of Parliament for Narok South Constituency on 16 August 2022 as an independent candidate.
Ole Ntutu is the brother of Patrick Ntutu, the Narok Governor, and they come from a family with a long history of political involvement, from the days of their late father, Paramount Chief Lerionka ole Ntuntu.

Kitilai Ole Ntutu began his education at Lemek Primary School, where he started his education and sat his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education between 1978 and 1985.
He went on to attend Narok High School from 1986 to 1988, earning his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
He further pursued higher studies at Barkatulah University in India between 1992 and 1995, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.
Later, he obtained a Diploma in Law from Holborn College in 1997.
Career life
After his studies, Ntutu began his professional journey as Coordinator for the Maasai Environment Resource Coalition from 1995 to 1997.
He transitioned into wildlife conservation roles, serving as Public Relations Manager at Olchorro Oirowa Wildlife Conservation from 1997 to 1999, then as Deputy Executive Director from 1999 to 2000, before rising to Executive Director from 2000 to 2005.
From 1997 to 2022, he served as Secretary of the Maasai Mara Management Committee, an influential role in local conservation and resource management.
In 2009, he became Chairman of the Maasai Mara Landowners Federation, a position he held until 2022, while also working as Director of the Ewuaso Ngiro South Development Authority from 2012 to 2015.

In elective politics, Kitilai Ole Ntutu was elected as the Member of the National Assembly for Narok South Constituency on August 16, 2022, running as an independent candidate.
