Mbiuki Kareke is a Kenyan politician and currently represents Maara Constituency in the National Assembly.

Following constituency reorganization in 2013, he began representing Maara and served as Vice‑Chairperson of both the Agriculture and Public Accounts Committees during his second term.
In his third term from 2017 to 2022, he chaired the Environment, Water and Natural Resources Liaison Committee and served on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.
In his current term, he serves as Chairperson of the Tourism and Wildlife Committee.
