Nabii Nabwera is a Kenyan politician and a member of Parliament representing Lugari Constituency in Kakamega County.
He was elected in the 2022 general elections on an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket.
Educational background of Nabii Nabwera
Nabwera began his education at Mugunga Primary School in 1974, completing his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1981.
He then attended Kivaywa Secondary School from 1982 to 1985, where he attained his Kenya Certificate of Education.
Nabwera then studied at Musingu High School during the 1986–1987 period to earn his Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE).
In 1988, Nabwera enrolled at Moi University, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (a Second-Class Division (Upper).
He later advanced his professional credentials by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Technical University between 1996 and 1997.

Nabii Nabwera began his professional journey in 1992 at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, where he worked as a personnel Manager until 1999.
He then joined South Nyanza Sugar Company Limited as an Employee Relations Manager, serving from 1999 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2005, Nabwera worked with Coca-Cola, Rift Valley as a Human Resource Manager, before taking up the same role at Delmonte (K) Limited in 2005.
Additionally, he worked in a similar capacity at Insteel Limited between 2006 and 2008.
In 2008, he moved to the Kenya Bureau of Standards, where he served as a consultant until 2012.
He later joined the Council of Governors from 2018 to 2020, where he oversaw County and Parliamentary Liaison Services.
From 2013 to 2017, he served the same county government as Chief of Staff and Advisor.
In 2020, Nabwera returned to the County Government of Kakamega as the Chief Officer for Livestock and Veterinary Services, a position he held until 2022.
He was then elected as the Lugari Constituency Member of Parliament in the 2022 general election.
