Patrick Ole Ntutu is a Kenyan politician and the current Governor of Narok County, Kenya.
He was elected during the 2022 general elections on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.
His deputy governor is Tamalinye K. Koech.
Educational Background of Patrick Ole Ntutu
Patrick Ole Ntutu began his education at Lemek Primary School before completing his secondary education at Narok High School in 1991.
Initially set back by his KCSE results, he secured a life-changing scholarship in 1994 from Deloris Jordan, the mother of basketball legend Michael Jordan, which enabled him to study in the United States.
He attended Roosevelt University, earning a bachelor’s in business administration in 1996 and an MBA (Finance) in 2000.
Career life
After returning to Kenya in 2002, Ntutu joined the public service, working as a District Officer and later Acting District Commissioner in Magarini and Malindi divisions.

He transitioned into elective politics and was elected Member of Parliament for Narok West in 2013, serving two terms until 2022.
In August 2022, he successfully contested and was elected Governor of Narok County, running on a UDA (United Democratic Alliance) ticket.
Since taking office, he has been recognised for his robust development agenda, revamping revenue systems, improving health and education infrastructure, and promoting conservation.
In 2024, Politrack ranked him the highest-rated first-term governor with a 78.6% approval rating.
