Paul Katana Kahindi is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kaloleni Constituency in Kilifi County.
He has been representing Kaloleni since August 2017 under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.
Politically, he briefly joined UDA before returning to ODM ahead of the 2022 elections, a shift that allowed him to retain his seat after advice from constituents.
Before entering Parliament, Katana worked in media and public relations, including a stint as a journalist/reporter at the Nation Media Group.

Paul Katana began his professional training in 1994 when he enrolled for a Certificate in Media Production from the All-African Conference of Churches (Communication Training Centre).
He further advanced his studies at Cambridge University, where he completed a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations Management between 2008 and 2010.

His career began in communications and media. In 1995, he joined the Mombasa Catholic Secretariat as Assistant Communications Coordinator.
From 1996 to 1999, Katana worked as a Journalist/Reporter for Nation Media Group.
This was followed by a role as Public Relations and Human Resources Officer at Milly Group of Companies between 2000 and 2001.
He then served as Public Relations Officer and Political Advisor to the late Hon. Karisa Maitha from 2002 to 2004 and as Campaign Manager for Hon. Ali Hassan Joho over the same period.

Since 2005, he has held the position of Director at Upscale Investment Ltd and Memphis Ltd.
In August 2017, Katana was elected Member of Parliament for Kaloleni Constituency. He served in the 12th Parliament and continued in the 13th after his re-election in 2022.
During the 12th Parliament (2017–2022), he served on the Public Investments Committee and the Committee on Regional Integration, contributing policy oversight and development engagement.
He was recognised for his performance as Best Performing MP in Kilifi County by the Mizani Africa Group.
