James Galgalo holds a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from Mount Kenya University.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi in 2021.

Galgalo also holds a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the Computer Society of Kenya, obtained in 2011.
Previously in his career, he completed a P1 Teacher Training program at Bondo Teachers’ College in 2008.
Work Experience
James Galgalo is currently serving as the Cluster Manager for Marsabit County at World Vision Kenya, a role he has held since 2022.
He has also served as a Presiding Officer with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) during the 2017 and 2022 general elections.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a Project Coordinator for the Community Engagement Sponsorship Program at World Vision.
Prior to that, between 2016 and 2019, he was the Project Coordinator for Education and Child Protection under the Laisamis Area Development Programme (ADP).
