She started her career at Unilever in 2004, as the assistant regional brand manager in the laundry division based in Durban, South Africa.
Later, she was transferred to Kenya, as the brand manager for Sunlight, still a Unilever brand.
Additionally, she was hired by Safaricom Limited as the manager responsible for pre-paying products. She was later promoted to the rank of Head of Retail, a position she served until 2009.
From 2009 to 2011, she worked as the Head of Safaricom Business, responsible for sales. She was promoted to Director of Consumer Business at Safaricom.

Achievements
While serving at Safaricom PLC, she was instrumental in increasing brand quality and revenue market share growth of 86% between 2018-2022.
She received the Moran Award of the Order of the Burning Spear 2022 as the chairperson of the Maasai Wildlife Conservancy Association.
In 2019, she was appointed to the Presidential Award Scheme, a self-development programme in Kenya.
