Wilberforce Oundo Mudenyo is a Kenyan politician and current Member of Parliament for Funyula Constituency in Busia County.

Wilberforce Oundo began his educational journey at Starehe Boys Centre from 1986 to 1989, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
He then joined the University of Nairobi, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics between 1990 and 1995.
Oundo continued his studies at the same university, obtaining a master’s degree in Land Development from 1998 to 2002, followed by a PhD in Land Economics completed between 2007 and 2011.

Professionally, Wilberforce Oundo started his career as a trainee valuer at Kinyua Koech Ltd from 1995 to 1997.
He then worked as a property manager and valuer at Ryden Meghraj between 1997 and 1998. From 1999 to 2010, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Regent Group.
In 2010, he became a director and consultant at Roack Consult Ltd, a position he held while also lecturing at the University of Nairobi from 2012 to 2017.
Wilberforce Ojiambo briefly lectured at the Kigali Institute of Science in 2011.
