“Hamissa Mobetto has set the bar so high. Have you seen that setup? You should learn to invest in your events, not that you have a big name yet you do a shoddy event with decor worth Ksh 2,000,” stated Amber.

On her part, former Miss Kenya Rachel Mbuki stated that people should do weddings that they can afford and not get into debt trying to prove a point.
“Have a wedding you can afford. Do not go into debt trying to set standards for people who do not care,” stated Rachel.
“Your marriage is about you first and foremost. Have a tiny wedding with your loved ones, wlope, go to the courthouse, or have a huge wedding, only if it serves you,” she added.

Other Instagram users also weighed in on the matter.
“After showing standards in expensive weddings, people will eat and enjoy and you will be left with bills to pay,” stated Esther Tasha.
“Pure facts. Preach Rachael. Beauty plus brains this one. Plus married for 16 years,” stated Sandra Rianga.
