I’m Not Thinking of Marriage, Mutua Says Months After Divorce with Lilian Ng’ang’a

Former Machakos county governor Alfred Mutua has opened about his future marriage plans months after his divorce with Lilian Ng’ang’a.

The former county boss has disclosed he is currently not thinking of remarrying again.

According to Alfred Mutua, his life does not revolve around marriage alone.

Speaking in an interview with Tuko, Alfred Mutua said he is now more focus on raising his children.

The one-time government spokesman reiterated that he loves his children a lot and would love to commit himself to them.

“Right now, I’m comfortable with my children. Once you are a parent and happy with your children, you are good. I don’t just believe in deciding to remarry, I believe in love. If you find somebody that you love, and you click, then you marry. That is how it works. For me I’m okay,” Alfred said. 

The politician’s revelation comes barely two years after parting ways with ex wife Lilian Ng’ang’a.

Media reports indicated Lilian Ng’ang’a left Alfred Mutua after filing for a divorce.

In her court documents, Lilian disclosed she was tired with Mutua whom she termed evil and a big manipulator.

Their split was so dramatic that Lilian moved to court claiming her life was in danger.

The former First Lady insisted Mutua has even taken some of her personal assets and even kicked her out of A And L’s ownership.

No sooner had the governor healed from the divorce than Lilian moved on to the next one with musician Julius Owino alias Juliani.

Lilian’s new relationship, according to Lilian did not impress Mutua who threatened Juliani.

The musician filed a report with the police with the help of activist Boniface Mwangi.

Away from their troubles with Alfred Mutua, the two were blessed with a child, who came not long after Lilian’s divorce.
