The Chinese Embassy in Kenya has announced gifts for Kenyans ahead of the 60th anniversary of its diplomatic ties with Kenya.
In a statement, the Chinese Embassy announced a special edition to mark 2023’s celebrations named ‘China in my Eyes” where Kenyans on X would have an opportunity to express their understanding of the Asian nation.
The opportunity, according to the embassy, will be open of all Kenyans regardless of whether or not they have been into China.
However, one must be an X (formerly Twitter) user to take part in the event.
The first step in the exercise will be to follow the X account of the Chinese Embassy in Kenya.
Then quote the post announcing the event with your own thoughts and experience in China and post it on your timeline.
According to the Embassy, the event will run until December 31. The Embassy will then select 10 winners, all of whom will be gifted with Bluetooth earphones.
“The Chinese Embassy will select ten winners in January 2024. Each winner will receive one Bluetooth earphone,” the Chinese Embassy stated.
